今年で２回目となりました麻生ラグビースクールと 湘南（厚木・平塚・茅ヶ崎合同） の対抗戦の結果をご報告します。 当日は雪がちらつく寒い一日でしたが、 幼稚園児から高学年まで皆、元気にラグビーを満喫しました。 ６年生の結果（時崎コーチ） 第一試合 湘南14(2T2G)‐麻生28(4T4G) 第二試合 湘南 0(0T0G)‐麻生35(5T5G) 集中力の欠如！！ ノッコン、パスミス、トライミス、を簡単にやってしまう。 各プレーに、何をやるべきかの意識が無い。 なので、チームとして旨く起動せずにこのような結果となりました。 今回は、珍しくハーフタイムと終了後も、厳しいコメントを入れました。 （選手達も、このときは神妙な顔をしてました） 自分達で、敗因を話し合いなさいと場所を離れて振り返ると、もう 笑顔で話し合いしてました。（なんじゃこいつら〜） 話し合った結果を聞くと、反省点とちゃっかり良かった点も報告してきました。 この辺が、この子達の持ち味と言うか妙な所前向きです。 中学になると、プレーに責任を持たなければなりません。 一つ一つのプレーを意識することが非常に重要です。 今回で、そう言う事を少し気づいてくれたかもしれません。 今後は、精神面も鍛えていきます。 内面が、そのままプレーに現れて来てます。 さあ、いよいよ３月１２日の厚木ラグビー祭が、小学校最後の試合です。 今回の反省をしつつ、最後は勝敗に関係なく、自分たちのラグビーを 思いっきり満喫して、最期を飾ろう！！ |
